“ Been coming here for the past few years during annual visits to Torpoint. Always quality food, pretty friendly service too. They have an outside area which has a nice view of the Naval base as well as Plymouth (on a clear day). Food is of a reasonable quality for the price point. Recommended for a friendly service with a nice selected menu. Breakfasts aren't particularly large portioned but enjoyable none-the-less. ”

“ For a small village cafe, this place ticks all the boxes. I started going here a couple of years back, just after lock down. I found an amazing array of cakes and delicious cafe food. I believe that most of what is on offer is home made. The cakes are always different and always amazing. Some of the best cheesecake I've tasted has been here. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Even if it is really hectic and busy, which it can get. It is very popular. The views over the river are lovely and in nice weather there is outside seating to enjoy too. Inside you have nice views and loads of local crafts and arty things you can buy as well. It just feels really welcoming. I have spent a fair bit of time sat there "working" on my laptop whilst enjoying a hot drink and some good grub. It is even dog friendly. So you can take your furry friend along to enjoy the atmosphere too. I would recommend this place any time. It even has better opening hours than a lot of places in Torpoint. Well done Hearts. Recent update - Had their chicken club sandwich recently. It was delicious. All the ingredients were lovely and fresh and it came with some nice chips. ”

“ Looks tiny from the outside but don't be fooled - it fans out when you get in there and more space is available downstairs. Had a fantastic breakfast roll and a coffee in there and the service was swift and attentive. Would definitely return. ”

We got there a little early , table with a window reserve , polite and friendly. Service was fantastic, food was tasty , 2 x full English , coffee was spot on .
